1. EMPLOYMENT TERMS
You will work as a journalist/reporter for MyFutbol Media covering soccer and sports events.
2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties include:
- Research, write, and edit sports journalism content
- Cover soccer/football events, games, and tournaments
- Conduct interviews with players, coaches, and officials
- Attend press conferences and media events
- Meet editorial deadlines and quality standards
- Travel to assigned events and locations
3. CONTENT OWNERSHIP - READ CAREFULLY
🚨 MYFUTBOL MEDIA OWNS ALL YOUR WORK
ALL content you create belongs to MyFutbol Media, including:
- ❌ Published articles and reports (WE OWN THEM)
- ❌ Interview transcripts and notes (WE OWN THEM)
- ❌ Research materials and sources (WE OWN THEM)
- ❌ Social media content for the company (WE OWN IT)
- ❌ Any work done during employment (WE OWN IT)
4. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Compensation will be determined based on:
- Full-time, part-time, or freelance arrangement
- Per-article rates or salary
- Performance bonuses for quality work
- Expense reimbursement for approved travel
5. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
You must:
- Follow journalism ethics and standards
- Maintain accuracy and truthfulness
- Avoid conflicts of interest
- Represent MyFutbol Media professionally
- Keep company information confidential
6. SOCIAL MEDIA AND PERSONAL BRAND
Rules for your personal accounts:
- Must disclose MyFutbol Media affiliation
- Cannot post our content without permission
- Must maintain professional standards
- We can ask you to remove problematic content
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
You must keep confidential:
- Unpublished story information
- Source relationships and contacts
- Company business information
- Editorial strategies and plans
8. TERMINATION
Employment is at-will. Either party can terminate with appropriate notice. Upon termination, you must return all company materials.
9. NON-COMPETE (6 MONTHS)
For 6 months after leaving, you cannot:
- Work for competing soccer media outlets
- Use our sources for competing publications
- Disclose confidential information

- You've read and understand this entire contract
- You understand MyFutbol Media owns all your work
- You agree to maintain confidentiality
- You accept the non-compete restrictions
- You're legally able to enter this employment agreement
