1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
1.1 Photography Services
Photographer agrees to provide professional photography services for MyFutbol Media, including:
- Soccer/football game coverage
- Sports events and tournaments
- Team photography and portraits
- Press conferences and media events
- Behind-the-scenes content
- Other sports-related assignments as mutually agreed
2. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE RIGHTS - READ CAREFULLY
2.1 Photographer Retains Copyright
YOU OWN YOUR PHOTOS! Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all photographs created under this agreement.
2.2 MyFutbol Media Usage License - IMPORTANT
BY SIGNING THIS CONTRACT, YOU GRANT MYFUTBOL MEDIA UNLIMITED RIGHTS TO USE YOUR PHOTOS FOR:
- ✅ Publication on myfutbol.media and all our websites
- ✅ Social media promotion (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- ✅ Print and digital publications
- ✅ Press releases and news articles
- ✅ Marketing and promotional materials
- ✅ Portfolio and showcase purposes
- ✅ Commercial use to promote our business
2.3 Attribution
We will credit you as: "Photo by [Your Name] / MyFutbol Media"
2.4 Your Rights
You can still:
- Use photos in your own portfolio
- License photos to other clients
- Sell prints and merchandise
- Enter photos in competitions
3. COMPENSATION
Payment will be agreed upon for each assignment. We pay within 30 days of invoice submission.
4. PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
You agree to:
- Maintain professional conduct at all events
- Deliver high-quality, edited images within 48 hours
- Provide minimum 20 images per event
- Respect venue rules and media guidelines
- Have professional equipment and backup
5. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
You are an independent contractor, not our employee. You're responsible for your own taxes and insurance.
6. TERMINATION
Either party can cancel assignments with 24-48 hours notice. This agreement can be terminated with 30 days written notice.
7. IMPORTANT LEGAL STUFF
This contract is governed by Florida law. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation and arbitration.

- You've read and understand this entire contract
- You agree to let MyFutbol Media use your photos as described above
- You understand you keep ownership but give us usage rights
- You're legally able to enter this contract
