Manises, Spain, ESP — Alan Matturro scored in the 96th minute to complete Levante's stunning comeback from two goals down in Spanish LALIGA action at Estadi Ciutat de València.
Elche appeared in control after Álvaro Rodríguez (11') and Adrià Pedrosa (25') gave the visitors a 2-0 halftime advantage. Levante dominated possession and shots but trailed entering the second half.
The hosts erupted for three goals in 30 minutes to take the lead. Pablo Martínez (50') started the comeback before Karl Etta Eyong (66') and Adrián de la Fuente (68') turned the match around. Carlos Espí (80') extended the lead to 4-2.
Adam El Mokhtari's 92nd-minute strike appeared to salvage a point for Elche, but Matturro struck four minutes later to seal all three points for Levante.
